 I have over 20yrs experience in the toolmaking industry. Mainly manufacturing precision plastic injection mould tools for automotive, medical, aerospace, nuclear and consumer product manufacturers. 

I started out as a 17yr old apprentice learning all the machines and processes available to me: blocking up, manual lathes & mills, surface grinders, CNC milling conversational programming, EDM sparkers and wire EDM. 

Eventually moving on to the programming side, but not forgetting my roots!

After relocating to Cornwall in 2018 I have solely been concentrating on the CADCAM aspects of engineering.
