I have over 20yrs experience in the tool and die industry. Programming and running lathes, surface grinders, spark eroders, wire EDM and mills(conventional and CNC/high speed).
Manufacturing precision plastic injection mould tools for automotive, medical, technology and consumer product manufacturers.
After relocating to Cornwall in 2018 I have solely been concentrating on the CADCAM aspects of toolmaking. I specialise in, but not limited to, Electrode design and milling, bolster milling and wire EDM programming
